Crazy to say our roofing experience was awesome--but that's the truth. We live way out in the country so getting someone to even want to take a look at a job is always hard. But Jesse came out--right on time--and inspected the roof and then sent us a quote for the replacement and repair shortly after. It took a while to get the shingles--supply chain issues--but once they came, the job started up. It was a BIG job--old farmhouse that had old school roof with layers of shingles. Guys did their best to keep shrubbery protected. Got the shingles on quickly and the mess cleaned up pronto. Even dealing with a couple of repair issues wasn't difficult. We were incredibly impressed with this company and crew. Couldn't be happier!

We were very lucky to have Quality Assurance Roofing contact us about replacing our storm damaged roof. We had a bad experience, with another company, that was very frustrating. Cooper Loveland and Kevin Dunigan were so easy to work with. They took the time to meet me, at my place of business, to go over my estimate. They were always on time, which is very tough to find in this day and age. Cooper and Kevin were quick to answer any questions, via call or text. They both made periodic stops, throughout the installation process, to make sure things were being completed accurately and on time. Thank you Cooper and Kevin for making this Insurance Claim seamless and taking the time to explain the process of our roof repair. We HIGHLY suggest using Quality Assurance Roofing for any job!

salesman jesse was true to his word. all segments of project went professionally. weather slowed for a couple of days, and they let us know it was not the right time. you would never know shingle , nails, and other debris were removed without a mess. great job guys, you won"t go wrong with jesse !!!!!

QAR had everything streamlined and they brought in the right amount of manpower to do 3 roofs in one day! People know what they have to do and the result looks great. I only wished, they would have taken a little bit more time on cleaning up metal from the parking lot. We found lots of nails and metal pieces the next day all over the place. It got better, after we blew off everything with a good blower. If you are looking for an efficient team to have your roof replaced, this is the company I would recommend.

If not for Anthony, the Maplewood Manor would not have had a new roof this fast – maybe not at all. I met him at a friend’s B&B, and she raved about them. One conversation, and our roof was measured, our interfacing with the insurance company was handled, our permit from city hall obtained and Voila! All was a go! Their team did a beautiful job in TWO DAYS, even though the decking all around the perimeter had to be replaced. We were thrilled! Use these guys. You won’t be sorry.
